All items are sold As IS Where Is- with no warranty either expressed or implied. All hour meter readings or mileages are believed to be true, but are not guaranteed.
Inspection: Items are available for inspection by contacting the auction company at 330-627-5100 to arrange a time for inspection. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect the item and the listing pertaining to said item.
Payment: Payment will be received within 48 hrs after the conclusion of the auction. The buyer will receive an invoice via email to the email address that was given to Auction Time at registration. Buyer agrees to pay by Cash or Certified Check. Wire transfers will be accepted with a $35 bank handling fee. Visa or Master Card will be accepted up to $5000 with a 4% surcharge. Any buyer from outside of the United States must pay by Wire Transfer with bank fees paid by the buyer. For wire instructions, please see your emailed invoice. Applicable sales tax will be charged, based on the item’s location, unless the buyer provides a proper tax exemption form. Successful bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction close to finalize invoicing and payment details. Deposits that are made on equipment and equipment is not paid for in full within 14 days becomes the property of Michael A. Lozier, auctioneer. No item can be picked up unless the item is paid in full and you have received an invoice stating that the item is paid in full.
Shipping: All shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All funds must clear before any item can be removed or shipped. Any titled vehicle will be charged a $25 title fee. Ohio residents must complete an Ohio Application for Title provided by the auction company.
Removal: All items must be removed within 30 days of the auction. Any item not picked up or shipped within 60 days of the auction will be resold and no refund will be issued to the buyer.
